1.      OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to work effectively with members of the operations team.
• Create and maintain the necessary systems, processes and polices to ensure the business unit operates optimally
• Oversee the application development, support and maintenance of portal. Ensure that standard backup and disaster recovery procedures are followed.
• Ability to consolidate and manage data into a single DataBase. Configure the data Registration Machine
• Manage and Supervise casual workers on projects.

Set up Project sites; draw out project implementation and budget

2.       INTERNAL AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER

DEPARTMENT:  INTERNAL AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Assets Management Audit
• Review of Enterprise–wide risk Management
• Review of Corporate Governance.
• Operational Risk Assessment
• Review of Financial Controls/Accounting Controls

Review and Reconciliations of Trade Debtors Accounts

KEY COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

First degree in Accounting

DEPARTMENT:  CORPORATE PLANNING & STRATEGY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the forecasting and measuring business growth potentials
• Leading team to assess strategic planning projects
• Forecasting and measuring business growth potentials
• Providing research support for the development, implementation and subsequent upgrade of the Group’s retail strategy
• Business Performance Measurement and Analytics
• Business Plan and feasibility Study Report for every new business across the group
• Analyze and propose various cost reduction method on operations, projects & Processes
• Determining the relative market share for the Group and each business segment  
• Determining and tracking shareholder value
