OBELE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL BENEFITS FROM CHAMS PLC’S CSR SCHEME

As part of her efforts to support and give back to the society, Chams PLC donated Apple Mac Computers to Obele Community High School, Surulere. This was an integral part of the Chams group 31^st anniversary celebration to express the organization’s unflinching commitment and dedication to education and societal development at large.

The Principal of the school, Mrs. E.O. Babatunde, alongside some members of staff and the student body were at hand to welcome the delegation from Chams, led by the Group Managing Director, Mr. Femi Williams, The Chief Finance Officer, Mrs. Mayowa Olaniyan and the Managing Director of Chams Access Limited (subsidiary of Chams PLC, Mrs Funke AlomoOluwa.

Speaking on behalf of the school, the principal, Mrs. E.O. Babatunde was elated and thanked Chams for the generous donation. She assured that the systems donated will be used to further the pupils learning on ICT and other areas with access to the internet.

In addition to the donation made, Chams will also be providing a volunteer computer tutor for the school, to facilitate computer training for the pupils periodically. The pupils and other school management representative expressed their appreciation to Chams even as the GMD assured the school of its continued support.
